Yankees call on Burnett for help

After getting trounced last night by the Rays 15-5, the Yankees will face the Rays tonight in the second of three games at 7:08 p.m.

The Yankees will look to prove themselves to the AL East and to the majors, and to show that last night's loss was a fluke. In my mind, the Yanks have no better pitcher to fall back on for this job than A.J. Burnett. He's a tough pitcher, and will not let the Yankees be embarassed like they were last night. Although, he faces the young stud Matt Garza. Here are the lineups:

Yankees
Gardner, CF
Jeter, SS
Teixeira, 1B
Swisher, LF
Posada, DH
Cano, 2B
Nady, RF
Pena, 3B
Molina, C

Rays
Upton, CF
Crawford, LF
Longoria, 3B
Pena, 1B
Burrell, DH
Navarro, C
Zobrist, RF
Iwamura, 2B
Bartlett, SS

I'm excited to see Tex back in the lineup and hitting third, along with Swisher batting clean-up. I like the lineup overall, and predict a 6-2 victory for the Yanks.
